Our Incubator

Azania Productions recognised that there is a need to incubate a segway from varsity or college into industry. So, they decided to open ‘The Film Incubator’. What was needed was to create films at a budget that we could minimize risks associated with investors. This way we could incubate directors and writers and give them the opportunity to test new ideas and concepts. This is a safe space for creatives to experiment with stories and techniques whilst gaining valuable practical hours as directors and writers.

Although we wanted to create a space and project that were all composed of learners, but we need to team up experienced crew with our new up and coming talent. So each incubator project is a balanced mix of experienced crew and fresh new talent to be incubated.
